USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Ensure that parts to be lubricated are reasonably clean and free from old oils and greases.
- Before installing a drive chain, it is recommended that the chain be soaked in TCCLTM Machine & Chain Lubricant overnight. This allows the lubricant to penetrate all linkage joints to great reduce wear and protect against corrosion.
- Respecting proper viscosity choices, use TCCLTM Machine & Chain Lubricant in centralized automatic or semi-automatic pressure feed or spray lubrication systems, as well as drip or immersion systems. For manual applications, one should use natural hair brushes and apply the lubricant in thin layers.
- TCCLTM Machine & Chain Lubricant is available in viscosities rated as "light", "medium", "heavy" or "extra-heavy". Consult Kem-A-TrixTM or distributor for recommendations to fit your application.
