FahrenheitTM Bearing Gel Series (500, 600, 700 & 800) State-of-the-art Bearing Lubricants

Kem-A-TrixTM FAHRENHEITTM Bearing Gel series of high-performance bearing lubricants has been formulated to perform reliably and effectively under temperature extremes of up to -35ºF to 750ºF (-37ºC to 399ºC). It offers exceptional stability under process conditions where temperatures can suddenly and regularly change from one extreme to the next.

Exceptional Performance Characteristics

  • Offers unsurpassed stability under temperature extremes as low as -35ºF (-37ºC) and up to 750ºF (399ºC).
  • Advanced formulation permits fluid mobility even under very low operating temperatures.
  • Special additives offer effective protection against oxidation, corrosion and premature bearing wear. The fact that FAHRENHEITTM Bearing Gel will not leave behind abrasive residues will enhance protection and cost-effectiveness.
  • USDA H-1 and Kosher/Halal approved in food applications. Complies with FDA #21 CFR #178.3570 and #172.878. Will not support bacterial growth.

Cost-Effective & Extended-Life Bearing Protection

  • Does not melt, drip, harden, carbonize, smoke or leave behind abrasive residues. Extends machinery service life.
  • Unsurpassed structural integrity provides excellent resistance to degradation due to high-shear, extreme-temperatures and the threat of being washed away under use. This permits extended re-lubrication schedules (up to 10 times longer than conventional greases) without added risk.
  • Provides effective resistance to most chemicals. Extends service life.
  • Formulated to repel foreign contaminants found under most plant conditions, including dirt, dust and sandy particles, thus adding to bearing protection and cost-effectiveness.
